Established in 2007 in the Ben Cat district-based My Phuoc 2 industrial park, Kian Joo Canpack Vietnam (KJCPV) Co.Ltd. specializes in producing coffee, tea, energy drinks and juices using hot filling process or retorting process in cans with the know how skills and technology adopted from Japan.

KJCPV is a joint venture between Malaysia’s Kian Joo Can Factory Berhad and Japan’s Nihon Canpack (Japan) with 3 hectares in total and US$18mln in investment capital. This is also the first company in Vietnam to introduce contract manufacturing of canned beverages, and it does not carry own house brand.

Since its inception, KJVPV has made efforts in associating production with environmental protection. It is known that KJVPV has built a waste water treatment plant under biological technology with capacity of 400 cu.m per day. For achievements in environmental protection, KJVPV was honored in the"Green Book of Binh Duong” 2011.
