The "Knowledge Connection Park" model was launched at the quarter 8 park in Phu Cuong ward. Accordingly, the ward’s Fatherland Front Committee has mobilized organizations and individuals to equip an internet room of 6 computers with free internet connection to serve people in need of access. There is also a free electronic library providing information on the local activities. In addition, every month, the quarter 8’s self-management group for environmental protection and climate change will mobilize the local households and members to organize general hygiene and tend ornamental plants at parks, contributing to protecting a green - clean - beautiful environment...

The model aims at contributing to improving the quality of information dissemination for the local disadvantaged people; creating favorable conditions for people to access technology, thereby further building models and movements on implementing a cultural and civilized urban lifestyle for replication in the coming time.
