In contrast, the enterprise will not create any favorable conditions for such employee, making the employment hard to be harmonious. A number of problems can be pointed out as arisen when the employees are not on the right direction including: - Fluctuation of labor forces due to the thought of "jumping jobs" of employees to higher income without focusing on how to exercise or improve their working ability; - The loose labor relations, where trade regulations and rules of the company are ignored and arbitrary job quitting and strikes; - Position of the employees in collective negotiation is limited due to their inactive performance while asking for salary raise and bonuses. Mrs. Truong Thi Bich Hanh, Chair of Trade Union of Binh Duong Province Industrial Park said: "Most of the employees have not been fully aware about the job, the next step is to survive the living. So, no appropriate behaviors have been made affecting their own interests with negative impacts on the construction of harmonious labor relations.Therefore, the orientation to the career for employees was of an important content in the activities of the trade unions.For the coming time, the labor union of Binh Duong Industrial Park will do research and organize activities orienting to consciousness of career helping the employees enhance awareness, change behavior, ensure job security, enhance income, stabilize their lives, and build harmonious labor relations, helping to improve the quality of trade union activities basis ". The workshop inspired the employees to improve themselves before you requesting enterprises to treat them better.Ms. Duong Thi Que, a garment company worker, said: "Through the workship, the employees like us need to review ourselves in that are we really good or not before requiring the companies to increase salaries or work on better policies."
