Department of Natural Resources and Environment just met to collect recommendation of departments and agencies on draft documents of setting up Land Registry on the basis of re-organization of All-level Land-use Right Registry.
The Land Registry will operate on land information system to process land and property registration procedures simply on one-stop-shop process. The cadestry documents and database of the province shall be fully updated to assure information needs for land and property management governed by Land Law 2013, Decree No. 43/ND-CP, Document No. 347/TB-VPCP, and Document No. 1927/TCQLDD-CDKDD. At the meeting, representatives proposed refinement of the draft documents in terms of certificate awards on land-use right and properties on the land, authority of such awards, and regulations on financial regime for Land Registry to operate stably and effectively.
Currently, Department of Natural Resources and Environment is completing documents to be submitted to Binh Duong Provincial People’s Committee for approval. It is expected that the Land Registry shall operate officially from and on April 01, 2015.
