Law on Gender Equality popularized to more than 700,000 women

Due to the implementation of Law on Gender Equality in family affairs, in the last 10 years (2007-2017), provincial Women's Union has directed Women's Union at all levels to build a officials network working in law dissemination and education, mediation at the grassroots with more than 2,000 collaborators, 588 mediators. The association also expanded and encouraged more than 40,000 women to join "Happy Family" Clubs, "Women with s Law” Clubs and "Reliable Address" model.

Owing to these models, women unions have mediated, solved more than 10,000 cases to protect the legitimate rights and interests of women and children; actively popularized Gender Equality Law, Domestic Violence Prevention Law to more than 700,000 women. Properly understanding and implementing Law on Gender Equality is also the basis for building cultural families.
