Law on Marriage and Family implemented

Ben Cat town People’s Committee cooperated with Justice Bureau to hold a meeting to deploy Law on Marriage and Family 2014. The Law on Marriage and Family comprises 9 chapters and 133 articles approved by the 13^th NA at the 7^th session, and takes effect from 1-1-2015. 

At the conference, participants were introduced contents of the law, governmental Decrees stipulating methods for implementing the Law on Marriage and Family, such as: adjusted scope of the marriage and family practice implementation; property regime of married couples, marriage and family relations involving foreign elements...

The conference aimed to propagate, disseminate contents of the Law on Marriage and Family among cadres, servants, employees, propagandists, reporters and people in the town, thereby, raising awareness of compliance with laws on marriage and family.
