Leader of provincial Party Committee works with provincial Police Agency’s Party Committee

On the afternoon of July 11, Nguyen Van Loi, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Head of provincial National Assembly Deputy Delegation and his delegation had a working session with provincial Police Agency’s Party Committee about the situation and results of ensuring the local security and order in the first 6 months of 2022; orientations and key tasks for the rest of the year; the implementation of the project to develop the application of data on population, the project to install the camera system in service of security monitoring and traffic management in the whole province.

Reporting to the delegation, Colonel Trinh Ngoc Quyen, member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of provincial Police Agency said that at the beginning of the year, provincial Police Agency has fully issued plans, documents under the direction of the Central Public Security Party Committee, leaders of the Ministry of Public Security as well as provincial Party Committee, People's Committee on the work of ensuring security and order to serve the local process of socio-economic recovery and development, pandemic disease prevention and control. The local situation of political security, social order and safety was maintained basically.

Provincial Police Agency Director also reported the results of a number of such related tasks as administrative reform; progress of the project "Fire, traffic surveillance and security cameras", the project of the national database on population...while raising some difficulties as well as recommendations and suggestions on related issues of the sector.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr.Loi requested provincial Police Agency to well perform tasks in the coming time, including resolutely restoring order and discipline; ensuring network security; accelerating the implementation of the Project on developing the application of data on population, electronic identification and authentication for national digital transformation in the period of 2022-2025, with a vision to 2030; coordinate with relevant sectors to urgently implement the project of installing traffic and security surveillance cameras in the spirit of thrift and efficiency...

Earlier, provincial Party Committee Secretary and the delegation had a field trip to Chanh My ward’s police agency in Thu Dau Mot city. He requested that in the coming time, the ward’s Police Agency should continue overcoming difficulties and strive to excellently perform tasks in 2022 and the following years; coordinate with relevant units to seriously and methodically implement the project on development of application of population data, the project on installing the camera systems for security monitoring and traffic management; pay attention to building a strong and pure force being close to the people, respecting the people, listening to the people to serve them better.

On the occasion of the 77th anniversary of the traditional day of the Vietnam People's Public Security Force (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2022) and the 60th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the People's Police Force (July 20, 1962 - July 20, 2022), on behalf of provincial leaders, Mr. Loi presented congratulatory flowers and gifts to the police force of the province and Chanh My ward.
