Legal dissemination on cybersecurity and high-tech crime prevention held

Provincial Police Women's Committee, in collaboration with Binh Duong Trade Union Technical and Vocational Junior College, organized a legal education session for 200 students on preventing and combating high-tech crimes, limiting legal violations, contributing to maintaining the local security, order and social safety (photo).

At the propaganda session, a speaker from provincial Police Department of Cybersecurity and High-Tech Crime Prevention provided information on the current situation of preventing and combating high-tech crimes, forms of fraud and asset appropriation occurring in the province, how to use social media safely, the laws and regulations related to the prevention of high-tech crimes and the Cybersecurity Law.

The propaganda session aimed at raising awareness among students to actively prevent, detect, stop and fight against any acts of using cyberspace to harm national security and social order. This will also help students build up a healthy online environment, using social networks safely; avoid actions that affect national security or the legitimate rights and interests of agencies, organizations and individuals.
