Legal education for local officers and soldiers

On April 16, provincial Military Command organized a class on legal education topics for officers and soldiers in the local armed forces.

Participating in the class, learners were taught two topics by Lieutenant Colonel Tran Thanh Hai, Deputy Head of the Criminal Investigation Agency Region 3 under the Ministry of National Defense, including regulations on gambling, some measures to prevent gambling in the military environment; regulations on road law and solutions to protect road safety.

The class helped these officers and soldiers correctly determine the scope and subjects of regulation of the law on gambling and the Law on Road Traffic, thereby raising their awareness of law enforcement, contributing to improving the strength of the army, meeting the requirements of building and protecting the Fatherland in the new context…
