License on transport of special forest products eliminated

Since Feb. 18, transport of local forest botany (excluding timber), rare and precious forest animals will not need to make procedures of granting transport license. According to Circular No.01/2012/TT-NBNPTNT issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, transport of all forest products without processing must make procedure of forest product confirmation.

Aside from invoices, legal forest products must be enclosed forest product list confirmed by forest management agency.

All announcements of illegal forest products must be monitored and managed by secret documents.
