Trade Union of Lien Phat Company used to be weak and have no movements of labor emulation and production. However, in recent years, the company has become an example of active union movements.

Specifically, the trade union signed a collective labor agreement with many provisions favorable to workers, encouraged business owners to support workers with new bonuses and allowances, such as: attendance, monthly bonus, accommodation, transport, seniority, lunch... In addition, the company also well implemented the regime for employees, such as: full social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance. For unlucky workers suffering from serious illness, the union called on Directors Board, all workers in the company to donate. Last year, the union helped two cases suffering serious illness. Therefore, these ill workers were able to continue their work, and strengthen their commitment to the company.
