Favorable and reduced interest rate loans for families near the poverty bottomline shall be 120% of the interest rate offer to households in poverty. Loans interest rates of fresh water programs have been down to 9.6% a year or 0.8% a month.the interest rate reduction is stated under Decision No. 1826/QD-TTg to adjust interest rates of credit programs of Bank of Social Policies, applicable from October 9, 2013.Reported by T.
