Local enterprises supported to join int’l e-commerce platform

In order to support the enhancement of competitiveness for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the province, creating a favorable business and investment environment in the current context of deep integration, the Center for Investment- Trade Promotion and Industrial Development under provincial Department of Industry and Trade will support 50% of the funding (equivalent to VND 7.49 million) for each SME participating in the HKTDC international e-commerce platform. The number of supported enterprises is 10 and the program is applied from July 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023.

HKTDC platform supports training and its representative office in Vietnam supports free interpretation. Enterprises will have the opportunity to access the market of more than 2 million quality buyers and sellers worldwide that have been verified by HKTDC, accessing a great opportunity to reach out to the global market, starting from Hong Kong. Enterprises have access to records, data and market reports in countries, regions and territories collected by HKTDC; access to rich resources for international production and business such as laws, trade barriers, warnings, and information about associations and businesses while having access to business information in China and Hong Kong, information about online events, seminars, conferences and exhibitions.
