The province’s export value in Jan.2016 was estimated at more than US$2.38trillion, up 1.7% compared to the corresponding period of last year.
Of the total figure, woodwork industry secured US$242.9mln, up 7.7%; garment-textile, US$217.2mln, up 9.1%; footwear, US$190.9mln, up 11.6% against the same period of last year.
The province’s main export markets last month were still the U.S, EU, China, South Korea…Meanwhile, the province’s products of woodwork, garment, leather footwear are expected to further obtain a stable export growth rate in 2016. This year, many free trade agreements between Vietnam and other countries will take effect, bringing opportunities to domestic businesses in general and ones in Binh Duong in particular.
