As of late Oct.2010, province-based industrial parks (IPs) drew additional 54 FDI projects with a total registered capital of US$160mln and 104 extra-ones with US$502mln, according to provincial People’s Committee.

 Province-based IPs also absorbed another 20,000 laborers, bringing the total number of laborers herein to 285,000. Meanwhile, businesses in province-based IPs gained stable growth with a total turnover increasing by 22.7% compared to last year’s same period.
