One of key contents excelled by the bloc’s branches lies in launching the Party’s resolutions to every cadre and party member.

in addition, the provincial party committee for corporate bloc has concentrated on implementing the 10th term central Party executive Committee’s Resolution 20/NQ-TW on continuing to build working class in industrialization and modernization and Resolution 25/NQ-TW dated July 25, 2008 on reinforcing the Party’s leadership towards the youth in the period of accelerated industrialization and modernization country accelerated national industrialization and modernization. Accordingly, the bloc has stressed all level party cells’ role in paying attention to laborers’ living, launching patriotic emulation movements, mobilizing cadres and party members to complete political tasks at their units.

Interesting in party development

Tran Van Men said that implementing the provincial party committee’s program 13, the bloc’s standing party committee has steered building and development of the Party organization and mass body at non-State businesses.

As a result, in the first half of this year, 3 more Party committees were established at the non-State businesses. As of June 25, 2013, the bloc had 74 party cells. In addition, the bloc admitted 124 new party members, totaling its party members to 2,845.

However, many businesses have paid less attention to establishing grassroot party cells. To solve this problem, the bloc has promulgated and mobilized companies to set up grassroot party cells, resulting in 19 more party cells under establishment with 872 party members, approximately the whole 2010-2015 term’s target.

Most of party cells at companies have no strikes and go-slows. This is an advantage for companies having party cells.
