In the first quarter of 2024, district-level localities in the province made efforts to improve the set of indicators for directing, operating and evaluating the quality of serving people and businesses as implementing administrative procedures, public services in the digital environment (Index 766). Efforts to overcome difficulties

According to the results announced as of April 4, nine districts, towns and cities of the province were all in the good group of Index 766, all achieving over 84 points; Among them, three localities were in the excellent group: Thuan An City, first place with 90.90 points, Di An City, second place with 90.70 points, Tan Uyen City, third place with 90.40 points. From the direction of Provincial Party Committee, localities have made every effort to improve themselves. While at the end of 2023, Thuan An City ranked 9/9 districts, towns and cities, achieving good status with a total score of 74.6 points, on April 4, Thuan An City ranked first. Tan Uyen City also made unremitting efforts, from the bottom group to third place, was in the excellent group of the country.

Over the past time, Tan Uyen City has directed closely and with high determination, asks bodies and chairmen of People's Committees of communes and wards to promote the roles and responsibilities of their leaders. At the same time, to regularly monitor, direct implementation, thoroughly understand and assign specific responsibilities to each organization and individual in charge of monitoring; identify remaining problems and limitations to provide timely solutions in resolving administrative procedures, especially directing public employees to seriously receive and resolve administrative records in the digital environment, ensuring full elements and quantity of records according to regulations. Members of the 766 Evaluation Team of Tan Uyen City worked hard to study localities that do well, share information with each other to rise to the excellent group, helping the province improve and maintain the top ranking in Index 766.

Di An City is a locality that is continuously in the top group. This is the result of the city's attention and effort of offices, branches, and wards that regularly monitor and thoroughly implement and assign specific tasks to each public servant to monitor and identify existing problems in implementing administrative procedures and each criterion of Index 766 for solutions. Documents processed online and actually processed always ensure nearly 100% of documents are processed, results are returned to people on time, and there is no delay in progress at each stage.
