Lotte Mart Binh Duong presents Tet gifts to 100 near-poor households

Early January 28, the People’s Committee of Lai Thieu ward in Thuan An town in collaboration with Lotte Mart Binh Duong presented 100 Tet gifts worth VND500,000 each, including rice and essential commodities, to poor-near households in the ward. Each of them was also given VND100,000 from the People’s Committee of the ward.

The above gifts were part of the “Warm Tet with love” program, co-held by Lotte Mart Vietnam and P&G Company in five provinces: Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Phan Thiet, Da Nang and HCM city.

Over the past five years, the program donated Tet gifts to poor and near-poor households with a total expense of VND3bln. Lotte Mart Vietnam also awarded scholarships to students with good academic results and contributions to the community at HCM city-based universities.
