Low-price apartments available to workers

Early September 23, Becamex Social Housing Project Management held a meeting of 206 customers to draw lots selecting apartments that they have bought. On the basis of drawing results, the apartments shall be handed over to the customers. Each apartment is of 30 square meters at the cost of VND 100 to 140 million depending on location of the floor. Together with other favorable conditions, Becamex offers flexible payment policies so that the buyers could finalize their payments for years under favorable interest rates.Becamex IDC invested into the project to resolve housing issues for the public in a bid to ensure social welfare and promote socio-economic development. The pricing includes compensation fees and infra-construction cost.Currently, the project has simultaneously launched in Thu Dau Mot City, Thuan An Town, abd Ben Cat District.
