May 29, Mr. Pham Cong Tam, a resident at Vinh Phu Ward, Thuan An Town, donated VND 50 million to provincial General Hospital to fund free health checking and treating for the poor. 
Mr. Pham Cong Tam hands over the money to fund the health service to the poor to representative of Provincial General Hospital The amount was saved up by family members of Mr. Tam through their hard work with the hope that poor patient shall be supported upon their hospital visits.
