Many digital platform-based technical infrastructure facilities put into use

So far, provincial Department of Information and Communications has synchronously invested in technical infrastructure to serve the application of information technology and digital transformation to meet the requirements of ensuring information security, technical conditions and providing services for the needs of people and businesses.

Accordingly, the department has put 7 platforms into use, including provincial data sharing and integration platform; centralized analysis and data processing platform at the IOC; internal management digital platform through Binh Duong Digital Government application; online meeting platform; online monitoring and information system platform; virtual assistant platform serving people and businesses deployed on port 1022, public services; virtual assistant platform serving civil servants and public employees.

The department has also set up a centralized database connecting data of ministries and sectors through the Center for Information Administration of the Government and the Prime Minister; connecting data of all 18 departments, sectors and 4 out of 6 vertical sectors of the province; integrating more than 1,000 guiding indicators at the IOC, data of all 18 departments, sectors...
