On June 28 and 29, Di An city Farmers' Association held its 12th congress for the 2023-2028 tenure.

During the 2018-2023 tenure, the emulation movement of the association achieved and exceeded most of the targets. Through the movement of "Farmers emulating good production and business, uniting to help each other get rich and reduce poverty sustainably", there were many models with high economic efficiency. As a result, the whole association had 2,350 households with the title of good farmers in production and business at all levels, reaching 94% of the resolution. Up to now, the city’s Farmers' Associations all levels have built 7 models on environmental protection, reaching 100% of the resolution. The congress elected the Executive Board of the Farmers' Association for the 2023-2028 tenure with 21 members, elected a delegation to attend provincial Farmers' Association Congress with 27 delegates. Dang Van Nam was re-elected as Chairman of the city’s Farmers' Association for the 2023-2028 tenure.

On this occasion, provincial Farmers' Association also awarded the certificates of merit to 2 groups and 3 individuals. The city’s People's Committee also rewarded 26 collectives and 50 individuals with achievements in the last tenure.
