Many policies absorb laborers in early this year

 Seeking unskilled laborers

 The 29th provincial job transaction session just held at provincial Job Center absorbed 198 businesses with the recruitment demand of 21,240 laborers.

 Among these participating businesses, there were 198 getting involved in online labor recruitment with the recruitment demand of 18,800 unskilled laborers and 2,450 skilled ones. 85 other businesses directly recruited laborers at the job transaction session or made labor recruitment via provincial Job Center with the recruitment demand of 13,731 unskilled laborers and 1,962 skilled ones.

 Industries with the great labor recruitment demand at the job transaction session included mechanism, woodwork processing, insurance, electronics, telecommunication, garment, footwear, services…

 As a result, more than 3,500 laborers directly participated in the 29th provincial job transaction session and 8,714 others visited it via internet.

 Possibly speaking, the province’s labor market in early this year is thriving. Many businesses need to urgently recruit laborers, especially unskilled ones for their production and trading activities.

 Policies attracting laborers

 Before the labor shortage, province-based businesses have directly traveled to other localities to seek laborers while many others have called for laborers to introduce their relatives and friends to them.

 To attract more laborers, in addition to the policies on salary, insurance…as stipulated, many businesses have also provided incentive policies on housing, transport service…among others for laborers. They also need to recruit laborers without working experience and are ready to provide them with training courses. During the apprenticeship period, these laborers still enjoy salaries and other allowances.

 Despite incentive policies launched, many businesses have still faced a serious shortage of laborers, especially unskilled ones, so they have rushed to hunt laborers for their production and trading activities.
