Many training courses on agriculture implemented

Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (DoARD) has directed the Sub-Department of Cultivation and Plant Protection, the Sub-Department of Rural Development, the Sub-Department of Forest Protection, the Sub-Department of Animal Husbandry, Veterinary and Fisheries to coordinate with district-level Agricultural Service Centers, Economic Divisions to carry out propaganda work in the field of agriculture and rural development.

Accordingly, in 2022, the province’s agriculture and rural development sector organized 34 training courses with 1,757 participants. Specifically, 3 propaganda classes on policies to support linkages in production and consumption of agricultural products for 114 farmers, owners of farmsteads, cooperative groups, cooperatives and other organizations and individuals; 12 training courses on implementing documents and guiding the implementation of the set of new-style rural communal criteria; 10 training courses on pest control on vegetables and fruit trees; 1 professional training course on pesticides; 4 training courses on transfering techniques in cultivation under VietGAP standards; 4 training courses on propaganda of legal documents, mechanisms and policies to support agricultural development. In addition, the Sub-Department of Cultivation and Plant Protection supported the Agricultural Service Centers of Bau Bang, Phu Giao and Dau Tieng districts to guide collaborators in the investigation of pests on crops and the implementation of the periodic reports; the guidance on VietGAP certification, growing area codes...
