Mass mobilization further reaches positive changes with in-depth development

Early January 11, provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission held a conference to review the local mass mobilization work, ethnic and religious work, implementation of the grassroots democracy regulation in 2022 and deploy tasks for 2023.

The event was attended by Nguyen Van Loc, member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, Chairman of provincial Fatherland Front Committee; Nguyen Loc Ha, member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice-Chairman of provincial People's Committee.

In 2022, the mass mobilization work of the province’s political system continued having many positive and in-depth changes. Each organization in the local political system set up programs and plans for mass mobilization work. The province’s Party committees and organizations at all levels paid attention to leading and directing mass mobilization work; promptly grasped, deployed and issued many leadership and direction documents in association with the implementation of political tasks in localities and units. Especially, the mass mobilization work of the province’s political system focused on propagandizing and upholding the sense of responsibility in solving problems related to people's lives with many good and practical ways. For example, provincial Military Command organized 39 campaigns on mass mobilization work. Provincial Police Agency implemented provincial project on "Socialization of security cameras" in the period of 2020-2025 and built "Safe residential area in terms of security, order and fire prevention". Festivals and religious activities were guaranteed under the provisions of law. Ethnic minorities and religious communities actively participated in the local socio-economic development activities…

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Loc emphasized that in 2023, the province will focus on disbursement of capital construction investment, especially key traffic routes connecting the region, so the role of mass mobilization to create consensus of the people to ensure the project progress is very important. Besides, mass mobilization work should focus on citizen reception, settlement of complaints and denunciations; closely grasp the situation, listen to the opinions and aspirations of the people...

On this occasion, 40 individuals received the memento "For the cause of mass mobilization" of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization. Provincial Party Committee's Commission for Mass Mobilization awarded the "Skillful mass mobilization" award to 18 collectives and 46 individuals; presented prizes of the online contest learning about the history of mass mobilization of provincial Party Committee in the period of 1930-2020 to outstanding collectives and individuals.
