Massive open online courses offered

On November 29, Provincial Department of Information and Communications held a ceremony to announce Massive open online courses (MOOCs) offered in 2023. The ceremony was held online at Provincial Information and Communications Technology Center and transmitted to People's Committees at district and commune levels in the province.

MOOCs are open public course portals so that everyone can access learning through video lectures and documents without limits on space, time, or quantity. The online teaching platform is one of 35 national digital platforms that have been identified by the Ministry of Information and Communications to serve digital transformation, digital government development, digital economy, and digital society. At the ceremony, Department of Information and Communications also organized an internet safety training course for civil servants and employees of departments, divisions and branches; district and commune levels; community digital technology groups and people in the province by trial learning the course chapters.
