Master program on adminstration reform associated with local specific characteristics set up

On the afternoon of September 27, Vo Van Minh, Vice-Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Chairman of provincial People's Committee chaired a meeting collecting suggestions for the local draft Master Programme on State Administration Reform for the 2021-2030 period at provincial Integrated Administration Center

The draft program is based on the Government’s Resolution No. 76/NQ-CP dated July 15, 2021, with the goal of further promoting administration reform in order to build a democratic, modern, professional and  transparent administration with accountability enhanced that takes the people as the center, take the people's satisfaction as the goal of State administrative agencies and the foundation and driving force for change and development. It focuses on the following contents: Institutional reform; administrative procedure reform; organizational reform of the State administrative apparatus; civil service reform; public finance reform; evelopment of e-Government and digital government. By 2025, at least 80% of administrative procedures of the province are provided online at level 3 and level 4; at least 80% of administrative procedures are integrated and provided on the National Public Service Portal; the rate of online processing applications at level 3 and level 4 out of the total number of applications reaches at least 50%...

Concluding the meeting, Mr. Minh emphasized that administration reform is a very important task that needs to be done well to build the image of Binh Duong better serving the people and businesses, contributing to attracting investment. The province’s departments and sectors continue researching and synthesizing suggestions for the draft program. Provincial Department of Home Affairs will complete the draft program on the basis of suggestions, in which the task group is added to direct and administer administrative reform; set up specific solutions for each group of content, select core contents suitable to characteristics and create a highlight for Binh Duong; well serve communal and ward levels where have closest contact with the people; tighten the quality of processing administrative procedures at provincial and district levels. There must be close coordination between agencies, building a database of connection and interconnection in line with the Binh Duong Smart City Project, contributing to shortening the time of solving administrative procedures; simultaneously monitor and evaluate the quality of administration reform in each agency close to professional tasks...
