Memorandum of Understanding signed between Eastern International University and Asia University (Japan)

On September 9, Eastern International University (EIU) held the signing ceremony of a memorandum of understanding with Asia University (Japan).

Dang Minh Hung and Masao Tomoe congratulate the signing of a memorandum of understanding between EIU and Asia University.

Attending the signing ceremony were Dang Minh Hung, former Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Honorary Chairman of the EIU Council; Dr. Nguyen Van Phuc, Rector of EIU; Masao Tomoe, Chairman of Asia University Council. 

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Dang Minh Hung said that over more than 10 years, EIU had built up a comprehensive ecosystem helping the university to fulfill common tasks of a university and fulfill tasks set by Becamex IDC, namely playing a pivotal role in the Smart City Project, Binh Duong Innovation Region. In addition to opportunities for training cooperation, scientific research and cultural exchange, cooperation with educational institutions from other countries enhances the experience offered by EIU of an international working and studying environment.

Yuko Ito, Vice President of Asia University, expressed her expectation that the memorandum of understanding with EIU would contribute to strengthening the friendship and development relationship of the two institutions. She highly appreciated the knowledge, skills and attitudes of Vietnamese international students; she also wanted the two schools to exchange more students and lecturers in order to contribute to training high-quality human resources, bringing practical values in line with the goals and strategies of both schools.
