Public companies formed from wholly State-owned enterprises from November last year will have to trade shares on the unlisted public companies market (UPCoM) within 90 days.
This has been specified in the finance ministry's Circular 01/2015/TT-BTC, which will take effect from March.
In addition, companies delisted from stock exchanges will also have to trade on UPCoM after 30 days.
