On October 12, Ben Cat town’s Fatherland Front Committee coordinated with Thoi Hoa ward’s Fatherland Front Committee to organize a ceremony to launch the model on "Self-management group to protect the environment and respond to climate change” and give training about the model in Thoi Hoa ward’s quarter 3B.

Accordingly, the Executive Board of this model has 10 members. Members of the model are responsible for setting up plans and assigning tasks to each member to participate in protecting the environment and responding to climate change in the quarter.
