Modernizing rural areas in conjunction with modernizing production and infrastructure

According to the Binh Duong province planning for the period of 2021-2030, with a vision towards 2050, regarding the development orientation for rural areas, the rural areas along the Dong Nai and Saigon rivers and the northern part of the province will develop rural areas linked with the ecological characteristics of each region, creating characteristic rural residential forms for each area. Modernizing rural areas is associated with modernizing production, modernizing technical infrastructure and social infrastructure; accessing service infrastructure linked with urbanization points; developing innovative service centers in clusters of communes to promote production, services, and amenities for the residents.

Additionally, the rural areas in the expanding urbanization regions are oriented towards urbanization, upgrading to urban administrative units (towns, wards). The urbanization process of rural communes will protect the spaces and landscapes characteristic of rural areas, creating a unique character for each urban area.
