Movement of good people doing good deeds spread at enterprises

 Grassroots Trade Union of Compass 2 Company (VSIP 1, Thuan An City) has organized a ceremony to commend 6 union members and workers over the first 6 months of 2024 from the movement "Finding lost property and return it to the lost person."

The movement was launched in 2018. Up to now, the grassroots trade union has commended 75 union members and employees for the good implementation to continue spreading the movement of good people and good deeds to many businesses in the area.

Nguyen Duy Phuong, grassroots Trade Union President of Compass 2 Company, said: “Over more than 5 years of implementing this movement, employees at the company are increasingly united, together build a better office culture. Personal belongings or valuable items that are dropped will also be returned to their owners."

For this model to operate effectively, Compass 2 Company's grassroots trade union balances its finances and requests an additional 2% of basic salary/employee from the company's leadership to set up a commendation fund. The lowest reward level is 300,000 VND/person/time, and the highest is 2 million VND/person/time, depending on the value of the items picked up.
