On Dec 13th, provincial People’s Committee handed over power from provincial People’s Committee Vice Chairman Huynh Van Nhi to Thuan An town’s Party Committee Secretary Tran Thanh Liem. Participants were Chairman Le Thanh Cung and cadres of provincial People’s Committee.According to Decision 2339/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister ratified dismissing Mr. Huynh Van Nhi from his position as provincial People’s Committee Vice Chairman (2011-2016 tenure) for a new assignment. According to Decision 2340/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister assigned Mr. Tran Thanh Liem, Thuan An town Party Committee Secretary, as provincial People’s Committee Vice Chairman (2011-2016 tenure). As a new People’s Committee Vice Chairman being in charge of cultural – social bloc, Mr. Tran Thanh Liem will undertake works of this bloc, including education and training; health; culture, sport, tourism; labors, war invalids, social affairs; information technology; information communication; social unions; and management of Thuan An town.Reported by T.Tam – Translated by Ngoc Huynh
