The 6th session of the 13 th National Assembly on November 16 elected additional members to join the NA Standing Committee and also voted people to fill the roles of Vice Chairman of the NA Council of Ethnic Affairs and Vice Head of several other committees. President Truong Tan Sang and NA Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung vote at the session Speaking at the working session, NA Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung reported on the discussions that had taken place and announced the list of candidates for those positions. The following is the list of newly-elected posts: Nguyen Duc Hien- Member of the NA Standing Committee Nguyen Lam Thanh- Vice Chairman of the NA Council of Ethnic Affairs Pham Tri Thuc-Vice Chairman of the NA Law Committee Nguyen Van Tuyet- Vice Chairman of the NA Committee for Culture, Education, Youth and Children Dang Thuan Phong –Vice Chairman of the NA Committee for Social Affairs Vu Hai Ha- Vice Chairman of the NA Committee for External Relations Also at the meeting, Minister of Planning and Investment Bui Quang Vinh briefed deputies on the draft bill of public investment. At the end of the meeting, NA deputies passed a resolution on the Law on Employment, the Law on Amendment and Supplement and some articles of the Law on Emulation and Commendation.
