National cycling race kicks off

This year's event, entitled “Hanh trinh chien thang” (the Victory Journey), has attracted 72 cyclists from 11 teams across the country, including strong racers from Domesco Dong Thap, An Giang and Saigon.

The tournament comprises 15 stages covering a total of 1,800 kilometres through ten provinces and cities. Final stage will be held in Ho Chi Minh City on April 30, on the occasion of the Southern Liberation and National Reunification Day.

The HTV Cup has become one of Vietnam’s most prestigious cycling competitions, offering an excellent opportunity for outstanding Vietnamese racers to prepare for regional and international events.
