Nearly 2,000 people under free medical check-up

The Youth Union of Dau Tieng district’s Health Center and the district’s Young Physicians Club gave public healthcare for the local poor children, disabled people and policy beneficiaries over the past time.

Since 2016, the two units have also mobilized donors to provide free medical check-ups, medicine and gifts for nearly 2,000 needy children, patients and policy beneficiaries with a total expense of approximately VND500million. Members of the district’s Young Physicians Club mobilized donors to organize a model of “Charity kitchen” with 100-150 meals per day from Monday to Saturday for poor patients being treated at the local Health Center.
