Nearly 240 soldiers of Infantry Regiment 271 involve in blood donation campaign

Phu Giao district steering board of humanitarian blood donation in cooperation with Cho Ray Hospital’s Blood transfusion and haematology center and leaders of Infantry Regiment 271 held the first humanitarian blood donation 2011 on Feb. 14. Attending the blood donation were 237 officials and soldiers who donated 82,950ml of blood in total. The donated blood will be given to the Blood Transfusion and Haematology Center.

 Phu Giao district steering board of humanitarian blood donation plans to collect 700 units of blood in 2011. Accordingly, the board will hold 4 campaigns of humanitarian blood donation across the locality. Over years, the Infantry Regiment 271 is one of units in great response of blood donation campaigns.
