Nearly 4,500 people donate blood

Provincial Red Cross Societies at all levels over time mobilized their members to make environmental hygiene, clear canals…with a total value of doing these works at more than VND658mln. They also mobilized 4,480 people to get involved in voluntary blood donation.

 

In the first half of this year, members of the Red Cross Societies of Dau Tieng, Di An, Tan Uyen districts and TDM town along with Dau Tieng Rubber One-Member Co.Ltd.’s staff and students from Binh Duong Medical College, Binh Duong University…actively took part in donating blood. They voluntarily gave more than 3,800 units of blood, equivalent to 450 liters of blood worth more than VND1.67bln.
