Nearly 500 people in Dau Tieng participate in voluntary blood donation

On March 22, Dau Tieng district’s Red Cross Society in collaboration with Ho Chi Minh city-based Cho Ray Hospital’s Blood Transfusion Center organized a voluntary blood donation program.

With the message of "A drop of blood given-a life saved”, the blood donation campaign received the participation of a large number of the local people. As a result, 499 people gave 499 units of blood.

On this occasion, the district’s Red Cross Society mobilized Vu Thi Tuat to support 600 cups of bird's nest soup. Ngoc Phuoc Vihara also donated 500 boxes of stir-fried noodles with vegetables to the local blood donors.
