Nearly VND46.7billion spent on realizing social policies

Over the past 9 months, Phu Giao district spent over VND46.67billion on realizing policies for revolutionary contributors and poor people.

The district also supported needy cases, due to Covid-19 pandemic. Particularly, the district offered help of more than VND3.68billion for 2,486 cases under social support, more than VND241million for 268 lottery ticket vendors, more than VND2.58billion for 3,441 poor and near-poor households, more than VND1.5billion for 1,636 laborers without jobs and business households.

In addition, the district built and donated 5 gratitude houses worth VND400million, 5 “great unity” houses worth VND400million and 1 charity house worth VND54million to the local needy people.
