Nearly VND70billion spent on supporting farmers in economic development

Ben Cat town’s Farmers’ Association has just held a conference to partially review its activities in the first half of 2017 and define orientations, tasks for the rest of the year.

Over the past time, the association well realized emulation movements, focused on law dissemination and promoted a movement of “good farmer in production and business” among members. The association also mobilized members to effectively tap potentials; strengthened application of sci-tech advancements; made the shift of plant and animal structure; expanded support and consultancy activities…

Additionally, the association organized 4 vocational training classes for 98 members and rural laborers; visited effective models; coordinated with relevant units to consider and disburse more than VND20billion in preferential loan, bringing the total amount of support resource to VND70billion for 3,857 members to develop production models.
