Nearly VND74billion spent on supporting women in economic development

Under the campaign of “Women helping each other in economic development”, Phu Giao district’s Women’s Unions at all levels over the past five years considered and disbursed VND73.939billion in loan from many different sources for 17,466 members.
They also teamed up with relevant agencies to organize 58 training courses on sci-tech transfer for 3,190 members; set up 4 cooperative groups, give vocational consultancy and training for more than 8,000 members and introduce jobs to 296 members…, thereby helping 1,323 members rise up out of poverty.
