New land pricing available

From on December 29, 2014, the government Decree No. 104/2014 / ND-CP comes into full force.

Accordingly, the land price frame consists of 2 groups of land: Agricultural land is categorized into land for annual crops, perennial crops, forestry, aquaculture and salt production.Group of non-agricultural land is categorized into land in rural and urban areas; commercial and service land in rural and urban areas; productive land, non-agricultural land for production and business not categorized as commercial and service land in rural and urban areas.

In addition, the Decree No. 104/2014/ND-CP stipulates on division into seven economic regions in accordance with a list of localities to build up the land price.The land price frame is used as basis for PPC under central government to build up and adjust land pricing list in respective localities.
