Shifting towards high-quality investment, developing a next-generation industrial park ecosystem and relocating manufacturing plants from the southern region of the province to the northern localities is among strategic development directions that Binh Duong has been actively implementing. Industrial land in Thuan An, Di An and Thu Dau Mot has been exhausted. These localities have become densely populated urban centers, being no longer suitable for further industrial development. The relocation of factories outside industrial parks in the southern areas to northern localities of the province, accompanied by appropriate support policies, has gained strong consensus from the business community, serving the overall development of the province and enterprises.

Located in Tan Uyen city and North Tan Uyen district, VSIP III has demonstrated strong appeal to global investors through its green modern and intelligent infrastructure. Major international brands such as LEGO have chosen this park to build a green manufacturing plant towards sustainable development.

Localities in the northern region of the province, particularly Bau Bang district have emerged as new growth engines for Binh Duong. In a short period of time, Bau Bang has successfully established and developed modern industrial parks, paving the way for rapid industrial development and investment attraction. To date, Bau Bang has attracted over US$ 4.6 billion in foreign direct investment, a really impressive figure for the newly established district.
