New regulations on notarizing jurisdiction of commune People’s Committee

The Government has issued Decree 23/2015/ND-CP regarding the issue of copies from originals, certifying copies of originals, certifying signatures, and certifying contracts.

Accordingly, the decree specified notarizing jurisdiction and responsibilities of People’s Committees at commune level, such as: notarizing jurisdiction of contracts, transactions involving real estates; notarizing jurisdiction of contracts, transactions involving the implementation of the land use rights under the provisions of Land Law; notarizing jurisdiction of contracts, transactions of housing according to Law of Housing. This decree will take effect from April 10^th 2015 and replace Decree 79/2007/ND-CP, Decree 04/2012/ND-CP.
