Newly registered cars and motorbikes hike

According to the Traffic Police Division under the provincial Police, since the beginning of the year, the unit has granted new registration plates to more than 1,339 cars of all kinds, bringing the total number of cars registered and managed in the locality up to 198,675 vehicles of all kinds. Notably, the number of personal vehicles, cars with less than 9 seats, led the new registration with 1,062 followed by trucks 245 vehicles.

In addition, the province also has nearly 5,000 newly registered motorbikes of all kinds including 4,892 two-wheelers, bringing the total number of motorbikes under management in the province to more than 1.4 million.
