*The Decree No.103/ND-CP dated November 11, 2014 regulating region-based minimum wages for employees working for companies, cooperatives, cooperative groups, farms, households, individuals and organizations hiring employees under labor contracts took effect from January 1, 2015. To date, some enterprises with a large number of workers in the province have taken initiative in making their wage adjustment plans.
