*In Q1 2014, Ben Cat district absorbed additional 32 projects, including 9 FDI ones, with a total investment capital of nearly US$66mln.

The district has so far lured 481 FDI projects capitalized at more than US$5.8bln. Of these, there have been 359 inside industrial parks (Ips) with a total investment capital of nearly US$3.5bln and 22 outside Ips with a total investment capital of more than US$2.3bln. The district has also lured 1,311 domestic investment projects with a total investment capital of more than VND10.346trillion.

* Tan Uyen district this year is expected to carry out 23 rural traffic works with a total length of 19,246 meters. Particularly, the district will build 2 works of 1,060 meters and upgrade 21 others of 18,186 meters. So far, 4 out of 22 communes have completed their economic-technical reports for the above works…

*In Q1 2014, the inspection delegation of provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the inter-sectoral inspection delegation of districts, towns and city made 300 inspection tours to hotels, motels, karaoke singing facilities, disc-trading and advertising facilities across the province. As a result, they discovered 89 wrong cases with a total fine of nearly VND224mln.
