North Tan Uyen: 7 out of 8 communes meet criteria of advanced new-style rural construction

According to North Tan Uyen district’s Steering Committee for National Target Program on new-style rural construction, the district has so far had 7 out of 8 communes achieving all 19 criteria of the province's advanced new-style construction.

Accordingly, the district’s transport system has continued being upgraded and maintained regularly. The district has started construction of 11 new district-level projects, upgraded 2 others invested by the province and prepared to invest in 5 works. Regarding cultural facilities, the whole district has so far had all 8 communes with standard community learning, sports and cultural centers, all 43 hamlet-level cultural houses at prescribed standards, basically meeting people’s demand for physical training, sports and entertainment...Up to now, the district has completed reports and procedures under the conclusions of the Central Appraisal Council and has submitted them to the Central Appraisal Council for consideration and recognition of North Tan Uyen as a new-style rural district.
