Early June 22, North Tan Uyen district’s Fatherland Front Committee (FFC) held a conference to summarize the 20-year implementation of the Great National Unity Festival in residential areas from 2003 to 2023.

Since 2003, under the leadership of the Party Committee, the close coordination of the authorities, departments, agencies, mass organizations, the district’s FFCs at all levels have actively implemented and guided residential areas to well organize the Great National Unity Festival.

The Great National Unity Festival effectively upheld patriotic emulation movements, successfully realizing the local socio-economic tasks. Specifically, the campaign of "All people uniting to build civilized urban, new-style rural areas” was widely deployed. As of now, the district’s FFCs at all levels have coordinated with the local government to mobilize people to contribute to concreting, repairing 278 rural roads and installing the solar light system in 47 routes. Every year, the district’s Fatherland Front Standing Committee coordinates and advises the local Mobilization Board of the Fund for the Poor to support the construction of “great unity” houses, charity, Red Cross ones while offering scholarships, gratitude savings books...to the poor.
